Chemical and mechanical pre-treatments

Zinc phosphate power washing, our preferred chemical pre-treatment, will ensure excellent adhesion and great resistance to metal’s arch-enemy: corrosion!

Mechanical pre-treatments, such as sandblasting, or shotblasting are ideal for certain materials, such as calamine covered steel, stainless steel, or hot-dipped galvanised steel which require mechanical surface preparation in order to achieve optimal powder coating results.
